Publisher Admits that Internet “Ain’t All Bad.”

By AppingoJim, staff

NEW YORK, NY — Publishing executives are showing signs of warming up to this whole “Internet thing.”

“Up until now, the Internet has proven to be nothing but one big thorn in my side,” said one high-ranking publishing executive.  “It has made everything SO MUCH more complicated and it’s killing my revenue!  This publishing business used to be so easy…write, edit, print, cash the checks, go to the beach.  Arrgh…the Internet has totally screwed that up!”

But this executive, as well as many others, has recently changed his tune after his company began using the SaaS-delivered Appingo system.

“The only thing I used to hate more than the Internet was software,” he admitted.  “But just like peanut butter and chocolate, putting the two together seems to be a winning combination!  I’m beginning to see how this Internet thing could really work out.”

Recent reports have shown that the value created by the low-cost, SaaS Appingo system is bringing publishing executives back to their computer screens in droves.

“Did you know you could play games on this thing?!?”  one executive noted after re-introducing himself to his PC.  “Awesome!”

Appingo is making people happy every day.  It makes Production Managers happy because it eliminates 90% of their administrative headaches.  It makes Executives happy because their teams can handle 2-4 times more projects and it offers priceless, real-time reporting data.
