It is an important year for Appingo. We have designed a whole new business. We have defined a message, a target market, a pricing strategy, a plan. We started by clearing out.
We moved, we changed, we talked and we fought, we asked, we called, we designed, planned and created. We had opinions. We had disagreements. We met lawyers and consultants. We met clients and prospects. We worked with designers and programmers.
All of this work produced stuff. We pinned the stuff on the wall, talked, wrestled, and worked. We made videos, we learned the system, and documented what we do and changed it on the fly. We blogged, and we tweeted. We struggled for GoogleJuice. We had beers on Fridays, and even sent out for Yeungling!
We worked, and worked, and worked.
When the walls got full, we went live on the web with our new presence.
